Ways to Use: Garlic tea can give you relief from a cough and cold, let garlic simmer in water for 5 minutes and consume warm after straining. Apply garlic oil on oral thrush before bedtime and on the aching tooth too.


Benefits: Aloe Vera keeps your skin clear and your hair dandruff-free and soft. Ways to Use: To exfoliate the scalp and skin, simply make a paste of baking soda using water and gently massage for a few minutes and wash off. Do the same on armpits and do not forget to spray apple cider vinegar after using baking soda to balance the pH.

Ways to Use: Drinking turmeric milk or golden milk before sleeping helps with a cough and cold. For acne and other skin problems, simply make a paste of turmeric and milk and apply it on your face. Wash off after 20 minutes. To heal wounds, simply sprinkle pure turmeric powder on the fresh wound and tie a bandage.
