Hey, I’m Sristhi Singh, a Microbiologist and Nutritionist and the founder of Bebo Lively. Just like any other teenage girl I had also been directionless for quite some time in my life. As a teenage girl, I had faced some serious health and weight issues. I was diagnosed with Hepatitis B and had put on some real weight back then. Basically, I was an obese schoolgirl dealing with an unhealthy mind and body. While studying for my degree I realized how important it is to keep oneself healthy and fit.

After years of facing body image issues, unhealthy lifestyle and unnatural methods of dieting I finally discovered the ‘Art of Eating Right’ and the benefits of developing an everyday physical activity. Instead of losing weight drastically I lost it gradually and also achieved an amazing metabolism. Instead of feeling Under-confident about myself, I’m now grateful.

As a Health and Wellness Blogger, my sole motive is to provide direction to my readers on achieving not only a healthy body but also a healthy mind. I believe that one’s shape and size is not the only parameters to define how healthy one is, but their power to resist their body against infections and pushing ones stamina to another level are equally important parameters.

At Bebo Lively, I aim to make the concept of healthy living an everyday affair! Instead of Calorie counting, I focus more on the idea of nourishing eating habits. My blog won’t push you to be a stereotypical health and fitness freak! It will make sure you don’t drag yourself to the Gym or Yoga classes every day, but make it a daily habit willingly and happily! Nobody can motivate you better than you yourself. I’m passionate about empowering people to take up healthy eating habits and choosing the right food for themselves. The best way to achieve a healthy body is to find balance with food. My sole mantra for achieving and maintaining the desired body and healthy mind is a balanced diet and staying physically active by working out regularly.
